Safari Details
Composed of "precious" grains of sand that color the golden skin, Che Shale is a huge expanse of sand that shines in the sun thanks to the pyrite that composes it.
Robinson Island is another place that allows you to enjoy the beauty and peace of an almost untouched nature, for a day dedicated to relaxation. The island has become a Marine Park, so the variety and concentration of fish is very high and there is also the possibility of snorkeling.
To reach it, you cross a lagoon with flamingos and pelicans aboard a canoe, migrating from Lake Nakuru. On the island you find the characteristic restaurant, the only visible building, which strikes with its style and its very particular materials: only trunks, canes and hundreds of dry mangrove roots.
The erosion of the rain and the wind are the architects of the surreal canyon of Marafa, locally called Nyari, or "The place that breaks by itself" or in the tourist form "Hell's Kitchen" or "Kitchen of the Devil / Hell". Formed in the Pliocene period, it is a miracle of the unique nature even for the most authoritative geologists on the planet; in fact the sandstone rock eroded by the rains over millennia has created this spectacle without equal where vertical walls, reddish pinnacles and stone pillars even 30 meters high alternate.
The legend about Marafa tells that its fertile heights were once inhabited by a family so rich that instead of water it used the milk of its cows to wash. In a biblical parallel with Sodom and Gomorrah, the city of Marafa, met with the wrath of God for its waste, was submerged by a great flood that created the chasm that today is called the Devil's Kitchen.

Itinerary
Departure from your accommodation after breakfast and we will head towards Che Shale, the golden beach, where we can sunbathe, take a walk on the shoreline or swim in a "golden" sea.
After relaxing we will go to the Robinson Island on a small boat or, if the low tide allows it, we will cross the small stretch of sea that makes it an island on foot. Once there, we will have lunch with tasty delicacies of crab, shrimp, fish, oyster and coconut milk rice. Relax on the beach until 3.30 pm when we return by car (or minibus) to Marafa and the famous Hell’s Kitchen.
Here we will be able to admire the amazing colors of the geological depression of Marafa where we could walk into this canyon and walk along the path dug by the water during the rainy season.
Once we observe the sunset, we will begin the journey back to your village or home.
